Marco is co-founder of SMOV Energy, a company specialising in electrical installation and maintenance services. In this informal conversation, he’ll share what a typical working day looks like, the biggest hazards he faces as an electrician, the importance of choosing the right footwear and, finally, why he chose and trusts TOWORKFOR.

DAY-TO-DAY LIFE

My area of expertise is electrical installations, from electrical panels to installations in houses and apartment buildings, as well as maintenance work in factories and residential buildings. Anything related to electricity, telecommunications or fibre optics. I do a lot of CCTV, intrusion alarm and access control installations, in short, a bit of everything related to telecommunications and energy.

SMOV is five years old, and we’re currently a team of 15. It consists of me and another colleague, both managing partners. Even though we’re 15 at the moment, we already need a few more people. We have one team focused on photovoltaics, another on residential projects, and a team for the industrial sector.

QUALITY, COMFORT AND DURABILITY
